What this site collects, and what it doesn’t

The short version

Browsing this site does not require an account, and we do not run advertising or third-party tracking scripts. We count page views in aggregate so staff can tell which resources producers actually use, and retire the ones nobody opens.

Information you give us

• Submissions. When you add a program, event, network, resource, advisor, or grant, we store what you entered plus your name, email, organization, and phone so a reviewer can follow up. Your contact details are not published with the entry.
• Feedback. Your message and chosen topic are stored. An email address is optional and only used to reply.
• Email updates. If you subscribe, we store your address and the topics and counties you selected. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time without contacting us.

Advisors listed in the directory

Nobody is listed in the Technical Support Directory without their agreement. If you are listed and want your entry changed or removed, use the feedback form and it will be handled promptly.

Program information

Program, event, and resource details are gathered from public sources and partner submissions. They are provided for orientation, not as a substitute for the administering agency's own terms. Always confirm details with the agency before applying.
